Add support in encoding.com to allow users to submit a live stream of video, and have that transcoded/delivered.

Please add support for special characters in the source media name.
Encoding currently fails on a "+" and "é"

Create a web interface to help manage sub-user accounts -- currently, can only be managed via API. Here are some possible features:
1. Create sub-users with accompanying metadata in the Web interface
2. List sub-users in the Web interface
3. Update/delete users
4. Get individual sub-user statistics
5. Tie sub-user activity to billing

I need to convert a .mov file to a .3gp but unfortunately, there's no AAC codec format for your Audio selection (only AMR-NB).

add the ability for a watch folder to "watch" or scan sub directories

The response of the GetStatus API does not include any fields that can help you match the task progress & status up against the requested format or destination. I would recommend you include both the Output format and the destination parameters within the <format> sections for each task.

Ingest an image file (jpg,png,gif) with a duration parameter for output to a video file. For example:
someImage.png and a duration of 5seconds encoded to a flv file format.

Site should allow you to set the duration for the logo watermark (instead of the entire duration).

When the video options are added, using the preserve aspect ratio flag and *x0 or 0x* works, but having control over the aspect flag and have that intuitively adjust the size based on the dimension entered (width adjusting to heigh, or vice versa)

The current Apple iOS profiles offer only fixed resolutions. Multi-resolution adaptive streaming would be great.

When uploading files from Encoding.com to CloudFiles, encoding.com allows you to create long path-like filenames (/path/to/file.mp4), but does not create the appropriate path elements to let that be browsed by folder.

I'd like to see more details on the jobs in queue such as:

* origin IP or domain from where that job was sent in
* notification url or email address

Also the layer style info is not very good since I'm unable to copy data from it. Please change it so this information can be displayed more permanently (eg. accordion that opens).

This will allow my developers to log on to the encoding.com website and review the detailed encoding queue and status of encodings using their own username (instead of asking for my username).
