Add support for Speex codec
Recording with flash (Red5) result an flv with speex audio codec. at the moment it fails in the system. i guess there are people who uses flash for recording users it could be nice to have support.

Allow video "start from" or "duration" in sub-second intervals.
Currently you can specify the start time and duration off a source video in seconds. It'd be great if you could specify those values in times less than a second such as decimals or frames.

Add AAC codec format for Audio selection
I need to convert a .mov file to a .3gp but unfortunately, there's no AAC codec format for your Audio selection (only AMR-NB).

Sub-user management via Web Interface
Create a web interface to help manage sub-user accounts -- currently, can only be managed via API. Here are some possible features:
1. Create sub-users with accompanying metadata in the Web interface
2. List sub-users in the Web interface
3. Update/delete users
4. Get individual sub-user statistics

Add support for custom values for cache-control max-age header when saving encoded output to amazon
- files created on amazon s3 have a default max-age= (24 hours). this affects how long they are cached on the user machine and by the cloudfront cdn.
- you can get better video load time performance for end users if you set a higher value for the max-age. I'd like to set it to max-age=864000 (10 days) so the video files remain cached on the CDN edge location for a longer period of time.
- the way to set the max-age for a file on s3 is including an http header called 'cache-control' when posting the file into s3

Use source framerate if below a specifiable threshold
We want the ability to specify an upper threshold for the framerate. Below the threshold the encoder will use the source files framerate and above it the framerate will be capped to the threshold value.

Add advanced de-interlace options to the encoding.com service
Additional options for encoding.com de-interlacing. For example, out of Apple's Compressor, there are the following options:

Include Output Format & Destination in GetStatus API Response
The response of the GetStatus API does not include any fields that can help you match the task progress & status up against the requested format or destination. I would recommend you include both the Output format and the destination parameters within the <format> sections for each task.

Add an aspect ratio flag to the video size options, to allow easy ratio preservation.
When the video options are added, using the preserve aspect ratio flag and *x0 or 0x* works, but having control over the aspect flag and have that intuitively adjust the size based on the dimension entered (width adjusting to heigh, or vice versa)

Allow duration of logo watermark
Site should allow you to set the duration for the logo watermark (instead of the entire duration).
